- Two jobs in past week – false info
- One involving dye, one losing dye
- Both claiming one thing, but truth was something else
- Some investigative work needed to work out the true issue
- First one said a pot plant, untreated… yet somehow full of chems that affected dyes – colour loss
- Second a rug, colour transfer – but polypropylene which won’t accept dyes – inks yes, dyes no|
- So had to work out what/how to do the jobs
- Nothing like a challenge – especially ones that result in very happy customers!
