- This week, had a job that had left a customer feeling utterly crushed
- Or at least his carpets did!
- Beautiful, new carpets were laid 3 months ago, with a not-so-beautiful crush mark across one section caused by improper storage
- This led to a very disgruntled customer and me being called in for an inspection.
- My opinion upon inspecting it was that it was resolvable, so the manufacturer gave us the green light to proceed with the rectification.
- Result: 30 mins later the carpet looked perfectly unblemished, and we had one very relieved customer, supplier and manufacturer!!
