Yesterday, had a job in Cunderdin! No-one wanted to go there, lady with a dad suffering from dementia and a house full of dog pee, so she asked us nicely to go, which I did and here is the result

So this is what we are looking for, people who have an issue that needs resolving. Property managers are great and I’m always on the lookout for good PM’s but normal people with a cleaning issue is also what we are looking for.
Look around, when you go to people’s properties or even business premises and they have an issue, tell them you have someone you can wholeheartedly recommend!
