Ideas Raised, in no specific order
1. Ask the speaker of the coming week, “Who do they want in the room next week”
2. One group spoke about the number of Social functions they are having, and the benefit to the group
3. Read out our vision at the start of the meeting. Being the wording that we collectively built in a session with Alvin or Grant.
4. On a big visitor day, ask the speaker
- How beneficial has BNI been for them
- How long have they been a member for with our group
So the visitor hears it first hand.
5. Have a week, in which we invite someone who can’t be a member, for example, a person who works with a charity, school, local government department
6. Ask members in the red how they plan to get out of the red and into the green / yellow
7. Stop employees from joining the group, as a representative of the business
8. Allow John to become an admin person of our own individual facegroup page, so that BNI promo material can be fed into the page content.
9. Meet with a member 6 months prior to their renewal, this is the time when they are thinking about renewing.
