- We had a customer this week, a repeat one.
- Not so unusual I guess, except for one single fact.
- Carl was the one who had the pleasure of doing the job and on finishing was having a little conversation with Mrs Jones (her real name!)
- She informed Carl that she had been using Fresh Aire for quite some time, in fact, since the year after she and her husband moved in – over 30 years ago!
- I inherited her when another local guy went broke and recommended me and she has been happy as Larry with our service ever since, doing her carpets at least once a year since then!
- It’s great to know that we can have that kind of loyalty, and we have a number of customers, both commercial and residential that have been with us from the very beginning!
