- First, an exclusive hair-on-hide ottoman that has a nasty odour. Bought by a billionaire customer from a respected interior designer, imported from Morrocco but with a smell that won’t go away!
- Our challenge – destinkify it!!
- Second one, a function centre in Melbourne with a scooter tyre mark on their brand new, polypropylene carpet – people seeking advice from us because they’ve tried, and their local guys are scratching their heads as to what to do with it.
- They were simply looking for some advice as to how to proceed with it.
