- Beautiful rugs, but fussy and easy to damage when it comes to cleaning and this week, we had one with a strong tea stain on it – Oh happy days!
- Strong, black tea is always going to be a challenge even on normal carpets, so the customer needed to be aware that the probability of getting it all out was low.
- But we did manage to get about 95% of it out, leaving the tiniest hint of a shadow that you had to look hard for to see.
- Needless to say, our customer was VERY relieved and pleased with the result.
