- All, good, nice to hear from returning customers as we’ve done several jobs for her.
- But one the jobs was a fabric protection, which she got given she has a large, slobbery dog vs an expensive suite.
- But she was concerned as one corner was showing signs of soiling and sent us a photo.
- As soon as I saw it, I knew exactly what it was – it was the doggo! As he was constantly walking past the corner, he was brushing against and leaving behind the oils off his coat.
- She expected that because it was protected, that it shouldn’t happen!
- Soil protectors protect, whilst it can’t stop soiling from being deposited on there, it does however make it far easier to remove! A quick little bit of education and she was better informed as to what her expectations should be!
