
- We’ve had a number of very expensive lounge suites to do this week.
- Most notable one was a brand new one, not even delivered to the customer yet.
- 2 spots of unknown origin were found on a corner piece – the boss, against the advice of his workers, tried to take matters into his own hands!
- “Leave it be, call Fresh Aire”, was the plea from his staff, but of course he knew better and set about.. making it worse!
- “Replace it, the fabric’s stuffed”, was his next statement. Fortunately, his workers didn’t listen and called me instead and the marks (plus his attempt) were removed without fuss – and the customer will be none the wiser that anything ever happened!
