- 2 jobs yesterday, both of which I couldn’t do on the spot
- First one a lovely rug, dog pee vs wool with the dreaded bicarb thrown on it.
- Ummm… no, not a stain, it’s damage. Price just went up from around $400 to $1000, just because of what she’d done to it herself!
- 2nd one, beautiful linen dining chairs – she hired a machine from Bunnings and did it herself.
- Her cream-coloured linen is now a muddy brown colour in need of restorative cleaning. $220 quote has gone up to $550
- Both attempted themselves, both a miserable fail
- Is it cheaper to do it yourself? Sure, if you don’t mind bad results…
- These two would’ve saved themselves a considerable amount if they’d left it to a pro!!
