- He splurged and bought a beautiful quilted, wool/viscose blended fabric worth $25,000 and in the first week of ownership, dozed off on the couch with a full cup of coffee in his hand.
- That was fine, until he woke up with a start as you do. And that’s when a full cup of hot coffee and cream hit the lounge suite. Normal fabric is bad enough, but this was a thick, quilted fabric!
- Took a bit of work, but Ash and I spent 3 hours on it, getting back into a decent state gain
- Then not 4 weeks later, we get a call for the same problem! But this time, a cold cup was on the kitchen bench and it was accidentally sent flying onto… the same couch! Not as bad, smaller drops spattered over several cushions but this time Carl had the good luck to fix it, and fix it he did.
- We now have a paranoid owner of a very clean lounge suite looking to get protection as well – and not before time!
