So this week, I was looking at where our jobs had come from
Basically just to keep track of marketing results
It was quite disappointing to see that marketing had barely had a look-in this past week.
Why?
Don’t get me wrong, we weren’t scratching for work, but there was a real silver lining to it…
Almost all of our jobs had come from repeat clients or referrals from clients!
So, it seems we are doing something right.
And basically, I think that boils down to customer service… delivering quality services with great outcomes at value for money!
