- This week has been the week of reports.
- Had a few customers with issues that needed a written report.
- Two examples were one with an alleged odour second a viscose rug with damage from coffee.
- First one was easy, the carpets were actually in perfect condition, the odour was emanating from the roof space in the apartment where the water came in.
- Second one was not so good from the rug’s point of view – it was damaged beyond repair.
- PS note that if she had arranged for it to be cleaned, it would have negated her insurance claim! So it was cheaper and more effective for her to claim than attempt a clean that we advised her would not work anyway!
- Both of these required a report for an insurance claim, both were duly done and despatched.
