We regularly get asked to clean stains out – but sometimes they’re just spots.

So, what’s the difference?
Spots are simply something foreign to the carpet, something physically bonded to the fibres, Stains have undergone a chemical bonding so have created a change in the fibre. You can clean all day, and all you’ll end up with is a clean stain!
Spots are relatively easily moved by simple physics. Stains require the use of specialised chemistry and processes – and not always for the weak-hearted, can be quite challenging to get a good outcome
So, if you have stains that simply won’t cleanout, we are the ones to call – use us instead of Google to get the result you are looking for!
