- Got called in to do job last Friday – animal odour in one bedroom, clean 3 other rooms.

- So, I had to call the PM and let her know that the job was now a little larger than anticipated.
- Then it was a case of choosing the right sanitiser for the job, knowing that people were moving in the next morning.
- But the really important key here was communication.
- Had I just gone by the work order, the job would only have been half done and they’d have had angry new tenants.
- But communicating the issues resulted in the job being done right and happy tenants instead – well maybe not the old tenants though!
