Except that this a suite with a price in the tens of thousands and a fibre that is super fussy – loses 70% of its strength when wet, needs grooming after any cleaning or any tooling marks will be permanent. In fact, a fellow carpet cleaner just ruined a similar one after following the manufacturers’ guidelines to a “T” – even the manufacturer didn’t know how bad it is!
But we have a pretty good idea, so nose to the grindstone yesterday, Carl and I 4 hrs to clean it!
