We had just a “small” tile cleaning job last Saturday

- What we had was a tile that cleaned reasonably easily, but grout that had been negatively impacted by 12 years of chemistry that wasn’t quite up to scratch.
- But when Carl quoted the job, he had the presence of mind to do some testing first
- That gave us had an idea on what we needed to use
- And I had to say the product did a sterling job, but it still wasn’t easy
- Very labour intensive, straight out hard yakka
- But we got a fantastic result that made the person that contracted us very happy, in spite of the premium we were charging.
- Moral of the story: we will always do what is needed to get the job done, first class results are what we always aim to achieve
